These Terms govern your use of the pip bot on Discord and Telegram, and this website (together, the "Service"). By adding, @mentioning, messaging, or subscribing to pip, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
pip is an informational and analytical tool. Nothing it outputs is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Markets — especially crypto — are volatile and risky. All trading and investment decisions are yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for them.
pip is an AI market analyst. It pulls live market, derivatives, macro, and on-chain data and synthesizes it into grounded reads in response to your questions. It is a tool for information and analysis only. pip does not custody funds, place trades, manage portfolios, or execute any transaction on your behalf, and will never ask for your wallet private keys or seed phrase.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on crypto or trading tools. The Service is not offered where prohibited.
You agree not to:
We may rate-limit, suspend, or ban any user, server, or account that violates these Terms or threatens the Service.
pip runs on Discord and Telegram and relies on third-party data and AI providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of their data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uptime, that pip will always answer, or that answers will be accurate, timely, or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use pip at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using pip at any time by removing it or ceasing to message it. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specify your governing jurisdiction here.) Questions? Reach us on Discord or Telegram.
